Tilly
My Dog Tilly is 14 years old and very sick just now, Today we have decided to puet her to sleep at the vets office. She is not able to eat anything and she has lost allot of weight in a very short time. Yesterday she was sick on the carpet twice and she had an accident on it as well. The vets have said there is nothing we can do because her Kidneys are failing and it is just something which happens with old age. Tilly has been the best part of my life and the one thing that i have cared for more than myself. I love her so much and it breaks my heart to think that in a few hours she will no longer be with us and i will never see her again. She is the best Dog in the world, such a kind hearted loveable Animal and anyone who has ever met her will tell you this.
I just want to share with you all my favourite moment in the 14 years i have spent with my beloved Tilly and the one memorie which will stay in my mind for the rest of my life.
My Favourite Memorie
When i lived in England a long time ago, We had a conservatory which is a room extension to a house made our of Glass to let the sun in. My mum and dad wanted to buy a new Sofa for the conservatory to make it look really nice, They bought a very expensive Sofa set which was roughly £1,000.
Tilly was very young at this time i think she was 3 years old so she was still a young Dog and a very hyper and easily exited Dog, She would always jump up on you, run around and chew your shoes.
One day my dad took us out shopping and he locked Tilly in the conservatory so she could not run around the house and break anything while we were out shopping.
We arrived home and walked into the living room of the house which the conservatory was attached to and as we looked through the glass door of the conservatory i saw something i will never forget. Tilly was sitting at the front of the glass door with her head tilted slightly to the left and her cute little ears perched up, But behind her in a million pieces was the expensive sofa set we had just bought. Tilly had chewed it and ripped it all apart while we were out and it was all over the place, and Tilly was just sitting there wagging her tail so happy to see us.
My dad went CRAZY! and Tilly just ran around like a little kid.
Tilly is the best Dog in the world and nothing will ever replace her. I hope you enjoy reading my favourite memorie of something i love and cherish with all my life.
